Together we will start to identify the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals. Maybe it’s focusing on weight-loss and not reaching that goal or maybe it is an eating disorder that looks like diet addiction. Then we will take a step back to understand the whole situation. Being an Intuitive Eater means being in constant communication with yourself, deciding what's working (and what's not), and making small adjustments every day. It's hard work but it's the best kind—creating a life and body you truly love.

Approaching our lives through a therapeutic lens we develop the skills for better sleep, anxiety coping techniques, improved digestion, mental and physical self-awareness.
