How to be liberated from diets

I have no self control around food! Have you ever said that or any of the following :

“I control what I eat for a few days and then I get off track and eat everything.”

“I continue to eat even when I’m physically full, I feel like I have no control.”

“I’m tired of waking up feeling bloated and tired from overeating the night before.”

“I can not go out to eat, because I know I’m going to overeat.”

“I feel so bad, ashamed and angry at myself when I eat too much.”

“I feel fine around food during the day, but at night I crave everything and go insane.”

“If I have sweets at home, I literally think about them 24/7 until they are gone.”

“I know what portions I’m supposed to eat but have trouble sticking to them.”

Living in fear of overeating and losing control around food does not have to be your normal.

Constantly thinking and obsessing about food 24/7 does not have to be your normal.

Not being able to trust yourself at home with some cookies or chips does not have to be your normal.

You deserve to spend your days and life ENJOYING food & trusting yourself with it. You deserve to be liberated from diet culture.

I spent 2 decades of my life (yes 20 years!) trying to control every bite of food I ate through portion control, diets and rules like, “only eat 1500 calories a day” Want to know what this “control” did for me? It made me more out of control around food. After going through repeat phases of restriction to out of control & compulsive overeating, I began exploring ways to stop this madness.

So I enrolled in a Health Coach course, studied all about diets, diet culture, and the effects of it. After all this intense studying and real life trial and error you know what I discovered? Going on another diet will NOT solve the problem.
The only way you will feel good in your body, feel safe around food, and yes maybe even lose weight once and for all is by improving your relationship with food and learning how to trust your body again. This is the secret to being able to stop eating when comfortably full, to have cookies in the house and not eat them all in one sitting.

There is a better way! And you just found it!
